Restrung the Schecter with Black Beauties. Sounds amazing; lots of snarl, not unlike a Spector ReBop in a way.

Also gave both the Peavey and the Schecter some fretboard polish/cleaning, and gave the Schecter a good body polish.

Still waiting for my Korean Tune to show up.

Here's a few more Fenders.
1972 Jazz neck on a 2001 50th Anniversary of the Precision body. 8.5 lbs, Rock and Roll machine
'66 Jazz neck on a '70 Precision body., with added Jazz PU. 8 lbs, Dimarzio PUs, amazing neck, a blues machine.

The trans-butterscotch finish and black anno guard really compliment the black block neck.

Nice chunky Jazz neck. Solid as a rock.

Think there's enough screws holding down the PG?

Best neck I've ever played. I hear that about a lot of '65-'66 Jazz necks.

Here's the newest addition to my basses:

I was catching up with my mother yesterday, telling her about my upcoming audition and possibility of going on tour. I was at GC earlier in the day and this bass just jumped out and grabbed me. (It was in front of a Geddy Lee thats usually the first thing I plug in with)
I was telling her about how it just felt right and are far better than my Squiers. And showing up to an audition to a band with an old Squier, is... still a Squier. So she tells me she'll get it for me as a week early birthday present. Call I up Guitar Center have it aside and went and picked her up today.
