I've had some changes this year. I sold the Geddy Lee I've been using as my main bass for five years and bought a Reverend Rumblefish 5L to replace it. My current backup is 93 Peavey Fury. I'm now all American made.

I LOVE this bass!! The active EMG's allow me to dial in exactly the tone I want, from a thumpy 'dead' tone (my usual) to a bright growly modern jazz tone. I use flatwound D'Addario Chromes with a piece of foam under the strings near the bridge, and I usually have the bridge pickup volume almost all the way down.
The Harmony is a pretty awesome vintage bass tube amp that can be had for a great price since they're not very collectible or anything. I recently replaced the speaker with an EV with a much larger magnet, and now it's unbelievably LOUD and punchy!
