Finally got a family photo done. L to R: Ibanez SR1005, Steve Harris Fender Precision, Stuart Spector Designs NS-5, 97 MIJ 70PB
1969 Gibson EB-1, 1978 Rickenbacker 4001, 2001 American Standard Fender Precision, 2997 Fender American Standard Jazz Bass. The Precision has been modified to look like a 57 reissue. The Jazz bass has a tort pickguard, and the EB-1 has a Dimarzio Model One pickup installed.
Love that EB-1 always liked the symmetrical shape and the colour just fits with the body style!
I have only seen (other than photos) two EB-1 basses in my life: mine and a 1956 model at Gruhn's in Nashville
Here's another photo of mine. I still have the original pickup in the case.

I bought this off the bay a while ago, took it to Chile with me, have been playing it here. Finally got around to uploading/cropping the photo.
Hofner 500/1 CT
-I painted the switches white
-I removed the lettering on the TRC with brasso
-Threw some foam near the bridge
-Came with teacups, TI flats, and grover Sta-tites. My initial plan was to take of the grovers, but they are just to good, so I opted to keep them.
-Also, custom Homemade leather strap.
Love this thing, has a nice fat neck, high quality, great replacement for my dilapidated icon. The sustain block kind of takes away from my ideal tone, but I{m not gonna complain. Only use the neck pickup. Bridge pickup is a nice palm rest and that{s about it. It also keeps my foam in place too, so that is an added bonus. And also give me a place to anchor my pinkie finger from time to time.
Also here is just a photo of me painting the switches white if anyone is interested, so much masking for such little area.

@lokerola, Thanks! It may not seem worth it to put so much effort just to paint a tiny switch, but the end product really enhances the look of the bass tenfold.
Ok, the white switches look pretty neat to me... but the way to damp tears it all down again!

When you say "way to damp" I assume you mean foam, yeah?
It sounds better with the foam though.
I actually want to get some of these and affix them to the screws on the bridge pickup since I never use it anyway.
