Below. My sons Schecter Omen something. Place where my kids take lessons hosts a "Jamboree" twice a year for all the students. They always raffle off a guitar. This was won after buying 6 tickets for 5 bucks. SCORE...
My sons first guitar. Received for his 9th birthday. MIA Fender Strat. From Uncle Jody. Pick up covers, pick guard, and knobs where white. Now black and chrome.

Seems we have a thing for Crate. Not really so. Hey, made in America and pretty cheap. And sounds better than nothing. I think they sound pertty good actually. Its no "all tube", but as for solid state, not all to bad. What where you playing on at 13 years old? I only say that cause I know Crate gets a bad rap.
And finally my 10 year old daughters drumset. Was told it was a Ludwig. But after getting it home, turns out the name plate says it was made by a company called J&L. Tried to do some research. Cant find anything remotly close to any info on this brand name. Bought for $100 bucks. New Evens G2 Coated heads, Upgraded cymbals. Sabian 14" hi-hats and 20" ride for $50 for all. 16" Paistie Thin Crash $60, and a 1960's Meinl-Ambico 17" Ride/Crash for $20. Again, tried to do some research. Found one on GC selling for $180. Made in West-Germany. Its all I know. All straight as an arrow with no key-holeing.
So, thats my stuff. Definitely not at all the greatest equipment, but I'd say, not too shabby for a Dad trying to raise a couple good kids. And this post took me almost 3.5 hours to put together. All well worth it. But, I'm gonna take a break from buying any major music purchases for a while. Maybe a pick here and there...
Although, son is begging me for this ugly a$$ black with white pin striped Avenged Sevenfold guitar that sells for like $1800 bucks. "But Dad, I found one on eBay for $900 in mint condition. And its the REAL DEAL one."

Nice! What's the brand of that green one? The one that's sorta more towards the middle?

What is that black with black pearl pickguard jazz bass??
1973 4 bolt jazz...I put that pickguard on it BUT have the original and screws so its not complete blasphemy. ..lol
