New to me.
I bought this from the classified in August.
I just got it from my guy that works on my basses.
It was a "reward" from my wife for dealing with my in-laws 7 week stay with us this summer.
The listing said it was a "Pino Clone", and the neck was an Allparts. Turned out to be Warmoth.
We swapped out the dark tort pickguard for this more red guard.
We also swapped out the no name pickup for the Aguilar 60's.
I, for some reason have a problem with flats. Just can't seem to like them.
I love the nitro Fiesta Red though
We're still getting acquainted.

OMG! That's a spitting image of the bike I had in high school. Mine was an Atala - Campy derailleur as well as large flange quick release aluminum hubs; Weinmann centerpull brakes; toe clips/pedals like that and citified steel rims with 2 1/4" inner tube tires. Went everywhere around NYC and I could be up and running behind a flat in 15 minutes. Man I loved that thing and I lived on it for a few years. I wish I still had it. Thanks for the flashback!

I remember Atala bikes - everyone wanted a nice Italian road bike then. I'm still actively riding. My 1st "10-speed" (actual 10 speed) was a French '71 Gitane Interclub. Simplex derailleurs, cotter'd crank-arms, Mafac Racer brakes... and sew-up's! ($150 new - a lot of money back then!) My aunt taught me how to sew and I would repair my sew-up flats. Mine looked like this - purple but with a black plastic saddle! I quickly replaced that with an Ideale leather saddle!

Updated pic. I’ve made some changes. I am certain that these are all permanent forever basses. Don’t think I will be adding any others.
I'll bet it's easy for you to achieve, with any amp or devices, a tone that's pretty transparent.
