Better than nothing right? :smug:

Much better! You have wide range of bass tones with your 2 basses already, and your amp is good too.

here's my new rb fortress 5. i know it's not german and you guys could give 2 s#%@s less, but im posting it up here because for the price i got and the bass i got, i got one helluva deal. nice and growly ;) now time to clean it up and put it up to my specs. yeah i'll get a german one when i no longer have 5 kids to support :)

jamie, for what i paid for it, after i cleaned, polished, and restrung, it is absolutely a fantastic bass. made my own beeswax and lemon oil polish. it conditioned the bass very nicely. put lemon oil on the fretboard and BANG!! almost like new. the helix's i strung it up with sing awesomely. one of these days i can afford a german made bass, but these new rockbasses are really pretty nice for the money. and i havent owned a 5 string in probably almost 10 years. so it's one of the main reason's i got it. that and i always liked the fortress body style. it's rockin, brotha!! :bassist::bassist::bassist:

My second German Corvette Standard Bubinga, it's a 2006
Had to sell my first one last year to cover some bills. This one is actually nicer.
This baby showed up on the Guitar Center used site for $300, snatched it right up.
Somebody had put glue in one of the Just-a-Nut adjustment holes, but I happened to have a spare.

The only mods I've done are adding Schaller strap locks, and a Hipshot detuner. :bassist:

That custom dolphin is the coolest I've seen.
Totally envious of that thumb, too. Very sexy.
