The official WAY HUGE club!

^ what pedal are you missing in your collection?
I’m missing the original Supa Lead and Supa Rock, 40 Leads and 10 Rocks were made and both released in Japan. I actually missed two Supa Leads this last week due to not having any fun money. Also looking for a Mister Box and Smashed Pasty, 10 Misters and 9 Smashed were made and released in the UK. Those two I don’t ever expect to find.

I haven’t even had a chance to plug it in yet. We are moving soon and most of my stuff is already packed up but I will let you know as soon as I get a chance.
Got an update for you. I got a chance to side by side the Supa-Leads today into my HX Stomp. You can tell they are the same type of pedal, they have a very similar sound. The Smalls has more gain on tap than the big box but the biggest difference is the EQ between the pedals. The Smalls is more scooped sounding than the big box and has a tighter bottom end and is a little brighter, the big box has more lows, almost boomy. There is some overlap in the tone knobs where you can get them close sounding. Both are actually pretty great just at different things. The Smalls is more articulate sounding on chords where I can hear individual notes and the big box sounds great on leads since it’s less scooped sounding, the Smalls sounds pretty good on leads too but the big box would be my first choice. Oh by the way I used my Tele(not a bass sorry) and a Fender Twin patch on the Stomp.

I wonder if some components had to be changed for mass production. Still good to know they sound similar! I haven't personally heard either in person yet.

He explains in this post that the small is based on the unreleased MkII and it’s a tweaked version of the original Japan release. I don’t think there’s really any rare components, the big box one I have has the same chips as a Fat Sandwich and the small has the same chips just SMD versions.
