Thanks Gorn, now I know. I wouldn't be opposed to trying it but it doesn't sound too exciting. I wonder if different breeds of snake taste differently?
I wonder if wild snake or farmed snake is better?

Haven't tried it. Those things are just begging to be coated in chocolate.

It's fine for survival as long as you're eating the eyeballs and brains and organs and the bones if you cook them thoroughly. The meat alone isn't enough. But for regular eating I'm sure all species of snake are bland. Unless there are especially fat and sedentary snakes.

No worries, and I wasn't thinking about you when I posted it. More of an observation about a certain types of posters that come and go. They don't seem to stick around too long but there always someone willing to replace them.
Sometimes I am the replacement. I have my no-it-all smarty pants moments.
