There's a clerk I usually see who is far more knowledgeable and helpful than the recently-arrived new guy. He's nice enough, but just doesn't seem to know the ins & outs as my usual pal. If/when she retires, any good service will go with her, I fear.
I'll try again on Monday, and hope my tried & true is on duty. Unfortunately, today was an utter waste of time and effort.
