Can one have truly random thoughts???

In mathematics, random numbers are very important in cryptography and other fields. But it is impossible to generate a true random number computationally since I will get the same number sequence each time I start with the same seed number. If anyone has to input the seed, it is a pseudo random number.

For true random number generation, I have to start with a random input from the physical world, that I do not control or know the state of. You can buy random number generators for cryptography online.

So when we come to random thoughts, are they truly random??? Or is this the PseudoRandom Thought Megathread.
