The size of Warwick Triumph

Discussion in 'Electric Upright Basses (EUB's) [DB]' started by VictorW126, Sep 23, 2010.

  1. Hi all.

Help to find the scale length of the Warwick Triumph (the length of the string from nut to bridge).
On the official site says 1/2 (ie, approximately 34-36"). Are there any options with the bore 3/4 (41-42")?

Also, I want to know the size of the bass - total length, width and height.

ps. Read the various websites and found different information.
    For example:
    - 1/2 ("Scale: 1/2 - Eb") - http://www.warwickbass.com/modules/produkte/produkt.php?katID=14466&cl=EN
    - 34"("... 34"long scale - standard on every Warwick bass except Alien ... and Triumph") - http://www.warwickbass.com/modules/...P=WOOD_NECK&submenuID=14620&katID=14626&cl=EN
    - 3/4 ("Flamed Maple Neck with ¾ Scale length") - http://www.dominantmusic.com.au/files/archives/feature22/feature22.htm

I don't know if it's always the same size but the vibrating string length of my 50's Framus Triumph is 107cm. Hope this help.

I don't know if this will help, but if you look through the Warwick Rockcase catalogue:

    http://www.warwick.de/catalog/

They have one especially designed for the Triumph, and you may have some luck getting the dimensions that way.

    Hope that's helpful.

My Warwick Triumph is 41" nut to bridge. What other dimensions do you need?

  7. Thank you!!!
Other sizes are also needed me.
I'm thinking about buying a bass Warvick Triumph. I can not see it in my city (or cities closer to 1200 km from me). I want to know the dimensions to decide whether to go to watch and listen to him.
