There is a huge Vietnamese community where I live and, consequently, a large number noodle shops. Sriracha is mandatory on pho. I good healthy amount of it in a bowl of pho is a very good thing.

I am in general a lover of lots of varieties of hot sauce. I'm almost to the bottom of a bottle of Sriracha, but it just isn't zowie to me. reminds me too much of cocktail sauce. It's a good product, but just doesn't quite do it for me. To my taste, it doesn't hold up to foods that already have a lot of flavor, I liked it best on vegetables.

The only other hot sauce I go for is the "Yucatan Sunshine Habanero Pepper Sauce".

A local supermarket has homemade stuff called "Dr. U B Hurtin" and "Hell in a Bottle". I never tried it but I'm going to.

I also like El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Sauce. It's not face-melting hot but it tastes pretty good I think. I love it with tacos.

Love this stuff too, I keep a constant supply of both sambal oelek and sriracha in my refrigerator....but then again, I am asian.

I used to work with a Chinese guy from Indonesia. He turned me on to the Sambal.
