Sriracha has a multitude of uses. Here are a few funny ones.

The bottle can be a fun costume too. :)

The history is very interesting. The guy is an immigrant, started making it in a barrel on the street, and now has a gross income last year of $60 million and growing by 20% every year. No investors. All on his own.

We always have some in the fridge cause my gf puts it in everything. Personally i don't like hot food in general so i keep away from it. I do put it in lentil soup when i make it though and this thing can just kill it. I make a HUGE pot and i swear if you drop 5 drops too many in there, you ruined it.

By the way, sriracha is the name of this type of Thai hot sauce. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] is the name of one particular company and they make sriracha and two other kinds of sauce. Other companies make sriracha also.

Where I live there are a large number of Thai, Vietnamese, Hmong, Lao, and Cambodian people. As a result, there are lots of Asian restaurants around here and you can find a fairly large variety of different types of sriracha on the tables. Huy Fong is the one I see most frequently by far. It's also my favorite. Some of the others are a bit hotter but they don't have as nice a flavor I think.
