Feu Vert (Green Light (literally: light green)) is a tire supplier in France. All of their TV ads include their mascot, a white cat. This one uses a clever transposition of words..."Le Pouvoir de chat" to "Le Pouvoir d'achat" ("cat power" to "purchasing power"). If you click on the channel name, that will take you to their channel where you can check out a lot of their different TV ads. They're all kind of clever.
