Saw a bass just like those, a red one in a pawn shop about 5 years ago. Was in pretty nice condition. $400 CDN. Shoulda grabbed it.

I've been on a diet since Christmas, and have been forcing down oatmeal every weekday morning since. I'll have to give this a try. Seven weeks in, anything will be an improvement.

Switch up with some Coco Wheats, Cream Of Wheat, or Malt-O-Meal so you don't have oatmeal every day. These are just as filling and work for a diet.

I haven't seen Coco Wheats since I was a kid. Maybe just not available out west? I do have Malt-O-Meal but it's not the instant version like oatmeal. I would have to make a pot and bring it in to work. Still, not a bad idea!
Tried the instant Cream of Wheat...horrible!
Walmart sells both Maypo and CoCo Wheats.
I have both at home; but, I got them at Big Lots.
Gosh, where was that book when I needed it? (±45 years ago)
