You are correct. Except for Slim Jims, I always get my Slims confused.I think you mean Slim Pickens, but it's an easy mix-up.

Although, I gotta say: I still don't mind a sunken living room.
Feels like your in a hot tub with no water.
If I fell into that thing in the dark I would wish for it to be full of water. Going face first, them bends will mess you up.
A lot of apartments and other rental properties will not let you have them due to the damage that much water can cause if it leaks.
