This little oddity is an actual packet of plant seeds given away as a promotional item in connection with showings of the horror film Torture Garden.
It's was to be unknown what the seeds would have grown into if planted. While the package states that the seeds "were specially selected from the TORTURE GARDEN," there was no actual "garden" in the film!
My brother got a packet of these seeds when he went to see the movie and I recall all that grew were blades of yard grass.
