It’s actually from an amusement park. This was seen by a go kart track and mini golf course.
There was also a small closed down amusement park there.
Three kids would have sat in this as it went up & down and around.

But it could be a cool go kart

They changed the wall and carpet in 2024 ( picture from 2023)
So you don’t see them anymore.
This was a group campground

The "TV cart" that had been more or less abandoned (sans TV) in the classroom I visited last week was being used to hold a mini-fridge.

I thought that was an inspired choice.
