Your post just reminded me that I still have two blue cloth covered binders, from when I thought that I would neatly file my bank statements. The cloth is smoother though, not like the old coarse ones.I still have a couple of those cloth-covered binders that I bought for my freshman year of college. They are SUPERIOR to plastic ones - Xerox toner doesn't stick to the covers! But, sadly, pretty much completely unavailable today.
