- Two piece Swamp Ash top. With f-hole
- 7ender P-bass neck with Pau Ferro fingerboard
- Sea Foam Green top.
- Artec Muduckers
- 34" scale
- Wide travel Thunderbird bridge plus tailstop. Chrome
- Pearloid pickguard
- Tortoise binding
- Hipshot Ultralite tuners. Chrome
- CTS Volume pot
- CTS Tone pot
- 5 way super switch
- Chrome flat top barrel knobs
- Telecaster jack cup. Chrome
- Rotosound 66 Swing bass strings 45-105

Wiring by BQ Music:
• Neck humbucker in series
• Outer coils as humbucker in series
• Both humbuckers in series
• Inner coils as humbucker in series
• Bridge humbucker in series

I've been around a long time and have seen just about everything.

BV, I must tell you that I always look forward to your next completed project and am always very impressed by your skills and the taste and thinking that goes into them, it's as good as the best I've seen, top shelf all the way.

Why you are not a designer / prototype shop for the manufacturers is beyond me.

Another very nice, thoughtful axe, executed so very well.

Also, nice Les Paul Recording (is that the right model?) and Wow! Is that a Gibson / Steinberger 20/20 on the rack. I really wanted one of those when they were new.

Well spotted. It is the Les Paul Bass aka Triumph behind me in the stand. And indeed the Ned Steinberger designed 20/20. The Les Paul Bass hanging on the wall in the back was built by myself. It is a copy of the Les Paul Bass, but with (lo-z) guitar pickups.

That looks fantastic. Those pickups look like mudbuckers, which is icing on the cake. I bet it sounds great and is really versatile with all the switching.
