From what I'm hearing I think I've seen this before. If it's the one I'm thinking of it looks like maybe a school talent show or something and this guy comes up on stage right after an asian guy and does a style of dance in which he appears to go in slow motion at one point. In the clip I saw the video did not appear to be slowed down...the guy was just good.

Yeah it was like popping and locking to a new level...but at times he was very rubbery. The coolest part was when he goes in slow motion.

The people in the background are still moving at regular speed. At the very first it seems like it has to be in slow-mo, but if you look really close you can see that the people in the audience are moving at normal speeds. Amazing either way.

I disagree. Part of it is definitely slowed down, specifically 35 to 45 seconds into it.
