Is it normal for site owners to barely ever post in their own forum? I thought he would at least give some normal advice and get into conversation but he only posts for admin/mod reasons.

I find that most people that run forums for business purposes don't participate very often. They prefer to have mods and admins in place to deal with the day to day operations. Not being involved in the forum operation allows them to focus on the business side of things, advertisers and generating revenue.

Because winning it would have given me too much responsibility with the site. C'mon, Admin AND Moderator? I don't have that kind of time. It was obvious I was going to crush Turner, so I instructed him to win. Unfortunately, his poor math skills led him to give himself more votes than we have members. Good help is hard to find.
