Thunderbird body on a 24 fret neck?

Hi, im new here.

but i think im just gunna get strait to the point.
im want to take my bc rich nj series bass neck, but bc rich bass neck are 24 frets and the tradional epi thunderbird has 20frets.

So i was wondering what would be required to make this work. and yes both of them have the scale length of 34"

:help:

As you see not much access.
To create access without modding the shape would cause mucho neck dive.
Spector did a version, with the body modified.
