So. Two gigs in two days. Two basses(EB-0, Ibanez AGB200); two amps(Rumble 100, Rumble 40); $200. That's how things used to/should be. Both venues too tight for TBird.

Sounds really cool, Marshall! I've been revisiting my Crazy Tube Circuits Planet B Plus, which emulates an Orange OR120. More meant to be an overdrive/distortion than preamp, but may work better for my current band since it's less thick than my Damnation MBD.

I've been thinking of trying that pedal one day too. Maybe not in front of my amp but with the pedal board/IR system I have since I have Dr. Bonkers' Acoustic 301 cab IRs and I love the sound.
Yesterday (it's Sunday here already) I played a pub gig. L2 - CL210 - T-Bird -combination did not fail.
I never liked Guinness til I was about 45 or so, but over the subsequent 15 years I’ve developed quite the taste for it.
Me at a St Patrick’s Day thing in Adelaide a few years ago. That’s a 440ml can in my meaty claw. Got the cap for buying a few cans.
There is Guinness and Guinness of course. The one I drink is Guinness Draught on tap or in a can with the nitrogen widget.

People used to tell me I wouldn't like it, it's too dark, etc., etc.
When I first learned to not always listen to everything I was told by "people", and tried one for myself, I actually did like it.
That reinforced the notions that random & not-random people giving "advice" are not always worth listening to, and that thinking for yourself was (usually) a better idea

Guinness on top (as it should be). Why I dunno but I’d guess the beers have different densities and it wouldn’t work the other way around ?

Funny thing about Guinness (draft) is that it's light beer. It's only 4.2% alcohol and 125 calories for 12 oz.
