that's a real good deal for the package. I think I paid about $1800 for mine when I got it a couple of years ago and I thought I got a steal!
I do think about selling it now and again as it's waaaay overkill for my playing but I really like the way it looks in my living room lol

on a side note the Lowend Lobster totally bashed my/our(?) beloved 2021 NR Bird with a 1 claw rating. I hear so much hate for these but I love mine to death.

I’ll check that out. That guy’s first foray into Thunderbirds was An Epi Pro with the terrible active circuit and pickups. And he loves the SBMM SUB which I have. It’s a POS. Consider the source. The ‘21 NR is the best Gibson Thunderbird since the ‘15.

I have one (1) FSO - it's almost one too many

I also have: 1 ESO, 3 ISOs, and 5 TSOs

FSO Precisions are ok. Otherwise I pass.

I do have an FSO. It's actually a 7ender. And I like it. It's a little heavy, has a neck like an aircraft carrier deck, and it probably needs to be set up a bit since the action is pretty high at the moment. I like it, though. Like it enough to build a P-Bird that has the shape and ergos of a Thunderbird but sounds like a 7ender P-Bass.

I can't get past that, because when I apply for a refund they ask me for a cancellation number, and I have 0 idea of what to do, or where to find that damned number...

Maybe try cancelling the transaction? If there's a way to do that, then that should get you a cancellation number.

I had the transaction details pulled up, and I was decided to copy/paste every number I could see as long as it worked and got my money back. Seems it worked, have to wait a month for the money...

Crap, a month is a long time. But the good news is that it's going to be refunded. What a pain in the butt.

There are two ID things Transaction ID and Billing ID, It's Billing ID the one that I used and worked. You should be able to see it on your latest PP purchase.

Yep, that's the standard set-up for the 2000s and on a smaller scale the 200s cab. Not a true folded horn, though that is what Sunn referred to it is. All I can say is it's a damn good sounding design.

I would expect it to sound great. The front firing drivers also have the sound from the back directed through the slot in the center of the cabinet, similar to how an Acoustic Control 408 works. Those cabinets had two front firing 15s and then two more in a slot firing at each other. It's they are outstanding sounding cabinets. I had one, with a 320 head, and it was an amazing sounding stack. And absolutely enormous stack, but it was lighter than the 360/361 stack I kept. But really, how many ACC stacks do you really need?

He's entitled to his opinions. Wrong as they may be. I love mine. Does it sound like/as phenomenal as my '64? No it does not. It's still a great bass and is going nowhere. Sounds good, plays good, looks fantastic. Glad I got mine.

Nicely done - for sure on ebony-dying the fb. I would use either wood stain or black dye, whichever absorbed into the fb best, then sealed with an oil like (satin) Watco.

This looks easy enough... frets seem impervious to leather dye, he didn't bother kniffing them out or covering them.
