I do my own oil/filter changes. When we had our 08 Chrysler 300, I would drive it up on small ramps, and use a small cordless drill with a nutdriver bit to remove the 4 screws for the bottom shroud. - Takes about 30 seconds and the filter is right there. I sold the car before attempting the spark plug changeI used to like to work on cars, but at this point I leave it to people that do it for a living. I work and do what I'm a pro at so I can now add to pay people that are pros at what they do. My '07 GMC Sierra looks as though I could handle some basic maintenance, plugs, etc and I still do the oil changes and filters on that one. My '11 Charger I won't even touch. 16 spark plugs and more modules, and shrouds everywhere, I can barely believe theres an engine block in there. Even an oil change means I'd need a lift and some undercarriage stuff / shields need to be removed just to get to the plug and filter I think.
