Thunderbird Club

I think a plane trip to Seattle for a few days is a good idea, just sayin' :)

Yale and others found have been finding there are way more trees (7x) than previously thought. Heck, we have more trees here in the US than in 1920 and nearing what it was in the 1600s per the UN. Which is good. So you're safe either way.
I saw an article the other day from the guy that started a movement to plant a trillion trees. He said the movement has led to less biodiversity. I guess they were planting the same type of tree everywhere.

One of many well-intentioned grand plans with unintended consequences. (Like redesigning/updating Thunderbirds. They were mostly fine as they were in the 60s.) Since we're talking trees and peanuts are nuts....The reason for the dramatic and never before seen rise in nut allergies was due to a few cases getting much attention and many parents getting worried keeping their kids from nuts, which resulted in them not being exposed to the enzymes (I think it was), and building the normal tolerance kids previously had. Then when kids were in contact with nuts, they had large (over)reactions and the fear of nuts spiral needlessly continued.

This is why I regularly expose myself to Thunderbirds to maintain proper health. (Yeah, I know, the wording.....)

SEACHICKENS WIN SEACHICKENS WIN!!!!!!. You have the power !!! Did you have any cars towed yesterday our Dark Overlord ?

Sad day, I didn't get to tow anyone! I was outside in the lot when a pickup parked with a group of guys going to the game bailing out, I advised them that it would get them towed to the tune of 557.00 - they left!
If I have any magic regarding the Seahawks, it comes from me not watching the game, thus sparing whatever little sanity I may still have.

Tube Tuesday.

I was there a few times in 66 and 67. Now that I think of it, I bought my first "bass"(a Filipino "Beatle Bass" copy) from a guy in a bar band in Olongapo. It was a POS, but it gave me a chance to dip into the world of bass playing.
And I sold it at a helluva profit. Enuff to pay for my first "real" bass, a 66 EB-3.

Good "my first bass" story

I just saw this somewhat confusing Epi NR Thunderbird. I like it but wondering how it was made in a PJ configuration. Is this actually a factory bass or some Custom model?
This might be the ultimate T-Bird! Anyone here have one and what do you think?
I'm on the fence with the color...

These were offered by Epiphone in the '90s, they did a fiver as well, sounds like a PJ.

That's beautiful.
Nice bass too!! :D
That's a sweet bass. I'd play one of those.

I definitely do not NEED another Bass but if I did that would be in the running! Thanks for the info!
BTW...you have some nice Thunderbirds in your arsenal...I checked out your Band videos too. Very entertaining.

Need is a funny word
I need another Thunderbird...........repeat after me.
We are dangerous enablers here, thank you for the kind words about my band!
