Tech 21 did a "Leeds" pedal , never tried it but I bet it would get you there. Honestly I'd just get a DR103 it's lighter than a DR201 and I think it sounds better.

Interesting. I have only tried the the short scale , the Studio, and the ‘15. They don’t contact the rear bar. It doesn’t bother me. I’m glad I got the rack. My wife is much happier now. She is really great about letting me have “all that stuff” in the bedroom.

So I'm learning about this new invention, what it is and how to drive it. Different sounds, different ways of getting them. At a gig it's dangerous... But only if you're trying to get the same result as you do with fingers. But it's still fun.

I use a pick in a way similar to what Miles does. I hold it pretty much straight between thumb and index finger pads. I do the same thing while playing guitar, not that I play guitar more than about three times a year. Palm muting still works that way, but I can see why the usual folded index finger would be better for that purpose. I suppose it works better for bass because I sling the bass a lot lower than a guitar.

Dealing with people in a day job is why I play in bands. It, along with a lot of other things, keeps me more or less sane.

What is that head? It looks just like the amplifier face that is part of my 126 combo that lives at a rehearsal space. That amp and cabinet are in really nice condition. The EQ sliders are usually gone and the tolex is usually trashed.

amazing that such a small thing helped solve one of it's teething problems. This plane is actually one of the Goodyear built versions, FG-1D.

There is a plane at the bottom of Lake Washington near the I-90 floating bridge. I think it is one of those. I haven't been down to look at it yet.
