Might be closer to 1/3 step. Either way, it is very noticeable past the 9th fret. I DM'ed Scott.Intonation off a quarter step? Heck. Back in the day when I primarily tuned with a tuning fork or an out of tune piano, a quarter step was close enough.

I asked that question when I was building the WillBird. The only information I could find said flats. Nothing more.Is the string type/brand that came stock on 60's Birds common knowledge?..
I suggest the latter. That way when you give it to me, it’s all there.I wish there was a way to remove the mutes without destroying something in original condition. Any thoughts? Just remove the felt? Or get a Bad Bird and keep the original bridge intact.
What did you tell me about your 2015?I suggest the latter. That way when you give it to me, it’s all there.
I don't think I have ever heard what was on them.Is the string type/brand that came stock on 60's Birds common knowledge?..
Buy a Pbass and some foam. That can sound pretty cool. But I've found that live the difference it makes disappears. But can sound great at home. The muted sound works well for some songs like Stand by Me, but really kills the sustain I want for almost everything else.

I don’t think so. I need to look and see if Rob mentions it in the book. I can’t get to the book right now.Is the string type/brand that came stock on 60's Birds common knowledge?..
He’s around. Just hasn’t checked in for some time. Not sure why.Did something happen with Geo while I was in Hawaii? I haven't seen him around this forum in weeks. Hope he didn't disappear like Pillo and Willy.
He had the flu really bad but is better. Just busy I suppose. Checked on him a couple times but didn't ask any questions beyond that.Did something happen with Geo while I was in Hawaii? I haven't seen him around this forum in weeks. Hope he didn't disappear like Pillo and Willy.

Total guess would be VC Squier who supplied Fender before Fender bought them. I understand they were pretty big. GHS was started by guys from Squier in ‘64.

The double fisted drinking was definitely GTG 1.No, but I think I see a beer in each of his hands, so the gear is likely safe!
