That's just cool. Is that bass thicker than most, or does it just look that way in the pic?

TI's? Flats? Really digging the three point as well...Currently 66s. Great match.
But have had TIs on it for a number of years. Also a good, but different option.
Fender Flats were on it in the pic. they were not bad either.
I find that bass pretty forgiving in terms of strings. Some basses seem really picky.
Yes sir. Had them on it first as I recall. But I like flats on some things. Likely not for everyone.TI's? Flats? Really digging the three point as well...
….those two words I heard from Mister Nikki Sudden when supporting him on my 40th birthday…Nice bass!
Chromes are fine on my Pbass. I've tried a few on Thunderbirds over the years. Not my thing.Yes sir. Had them on it first as I recall. But I like flats on some things. Likely not for everyone.

He lived a somewhat tormented life. As many geniuses do. Can't underestimate the effect he had on recording and production. As I said somewhere else, he was a decent bassist who had the good sense to hire Carol Kaye to play on many of the recordings. He brought joy to millions.Brian Wilson 82 RIP....
