Thunderbird Club

He knows his stuff. But don't ask him anything about what the new Ampeg company might be releasing. His lips are sealed.

Yes, I saw that... he knows stuff but won't say anything! Lol
I actually have just been reading over there, not asking any questions. I save my silly questions for you guys. I trust this group and figure I have some idea of the group's mindset since we're all Tbird lovers.

Plus... my silly questions and the group's words of wisdom responses are helping us catch up to those Spector folks!

I was once in the same room as Mark E Smith but too scared to turn around and look at him in case he thought I was some silly fangrrrl.

LOL. Made me think of something I hadn't remembered in years.
Many years ago, in another life, I found myself at a trough at the Bondi Lifesaver one night standing next to Russell Hitchcock- the Air Supply guy.
There was no way I was going to make eye contact with him.

Then got me thinking why I would be at the Lifesaver to see those guys. I think Cold Chisel or someone was on after them.
I suspect it was one of Chisel's very early Sydney gigs and we had heard they did some mighty Zeppelin covers, plus some great originals. We hadn't seen them before.
We also heard the singer had a set of pipes like Paul Rogers.
