Thunderbird Club

Thanks Geoff, I've always wanted to see your Tight Arse. Like the box (sorry!)

Think adjustable is the way to go and can't see myself needing the LPF function. I'll make my mind up one of these months.
I'm very happy with the fDeck for that reason. It's adjustable from 40 to 135 hz and has a volume control that I leave full on. I don't really need the volume control, but being able to adjust the cut range is really useful. There have been occasions when even the tennis ball behind the tailpiece thing doesn't completely calm feedback from the upright, and adjusting the HPF for a higher rolloff was helpful. The HPF only version of the one Mark has looks like it's even better - just adjustable filter with no preamp stuff, and about as big as your little toe.

Not a single ‘ehem.’

Disappointed in you people today
We are slow witted today. Distracted by actual 'Bird questions in other threads or something.

I was going to give Kat an ehem about the Tight Arse and box and all that. But, I got distracted again, this time thinking about how useful filters are. It's a terrible thing to have left. Now I have to go there, just to get back to normal.

My fDeck has the volume knob, but it only cuts gain, doesn’t add any.
