I had a rash on my Aptronym once. I couldn't ride a bike for a month.

Vince sounds more punk rock.
My father-in-law was at Hickam Field one day in early December,1941.Dad was born in 1922 and served in the Coast Guard during WWII in the Pacific theater. IIRC he said he spent time with the Aussies in Borneo and was also at Midway and Guam and towards the end of the war he spent time with the Russians in the Aleutian Islands. His original deployment was Pearl Harbor, very fortunately he was on a couple days leave in San Francisco to get married when Japan attacked. He didn't talk much about the war, and I didn't ask, but I got the impression that he saw more death and destruction than he wanted to see.
If I wrote N. Sixx on a set of pups could I sell them for $1500 too?
MAN!!! That was AWESOME!!! I would SO love to have that footage of you swingin' on your 'bird, circulated around out in GenPop! According to most of them, ya can't do that on a Thunderbird! On a different note, go to You Tube and put in "Twisted, Cover By Treasure Coast Driftwoods" and see my'67 Bird(and me)in a somewhat different setting-for a 'Bird. Video is low Q, but audio's decent.![]()

Thanks. I grew up on a diet of big band swing and I guess it influences my playing.MAN!!! That was AWESOME!!! I would SO love to have that footage of you swingin' on your 'bird, circulated around out in GenPop! According to most of them, ya can't do that on a Thunderbird!![]()

If Anyone wants to post it over there, be my guest. I'm not too good at that sort of thing, but y'all have at it. BTW, I've been asked why there isn't more footage of the Bird and me. I had No control over what the guy was shooting. I guess he really liked Bruce's fancy guitar.MAN!!! That was AWESOME!!! The really bizarre part is having 2 guys named guitar who aren't related in the same band.Yes, I did notice that. I find it fascinating that you all have last names which match your instruments. What are the chances of that?
There's a term for people with names matching their profession...

Just as an update on that, Wendy went to the fracture clinic yesterday in the local hospital and they said the bones have slipped back into their broken position soon after the cast went on. So she's back to hospital this morning for surgery to break her wrist again and have it wired upCan't go wrong with a bath. Bath salts rock btw for relaxing the bod.

I've been nuthin' but pleased with my li'l fifteen dollar Snark. I can't say anything bad about it... but I wouldn't perform with it clipped on my headstock.Having worked on some of these things in high school, a couple of things:
Flanger is considered modulation, but really it is done through time effects.
Wah is a filtering/tone effect - a sweepable high/low/band pass filter.
Distortion, if done tastefully, is the sort of thing that warms the sound and can be always on.
I see so many people with clip on tuners. And they just leave them on.
OK, they are cheap. If I worked in a guitar store, I would keep one on hand to tune instruments.
But for home use, how can you use one? Get a proper tuner that works quickly and accurately; one that plugs into the output of the instrument in some way (pedal or otherwise).

Psshhhhh, I move these bastards all the time, they roll real easy, very convenient for tipping into the back of my van, and easily manageable on stairs with two people. Easy as moving a brick poopiehouse
Well, actually that isn't a 2000s cab. A proper 2000s cab is the same width as the head, 30", that is a later 70s 215S which paired with the Concert series. And someone cut a hole out of the front of the grill panel, god knows why, heat has never been an issue in any of mine.
