I think that as long as you aren't posting descriptions of a Saskatoon totem pole or pictures of a sticky flapjack, you are OK. I assume that there are US equivalents to those, but I don't know the names...

Couple of quick, unrelated data points for the group:

I emailed Jeff Babicz who let me know that the shim plate was only needed for Gibson basses where the extra height was needed for bridge saddle adjustment and not needed on a 2014 T-Bird. So...

Also I forgot to post a long while ago that I have been using the Gator Pro gig bag for my T- Bird and it is working very well:

and I can't remember if I posted this before but to keep the bass from feeling like it was falling away from me (not neck dive) I added a second strap button and rubber washers. Really helped stabilize things:
