It takes a fair bit of time to be evicted for not paying your rent. Probably several months to get an eviction order and a few more months for a sheriff to show up to physically remove you. You could bank your rent for those - let's say 6-9 months - and use that cash for the uHaul and gas to get you out to the Queen's palace.
