I'm sure you all have seen this before, but wanted to express my excitement.
Wanted to give TI flats a try since there is so much love for them here and out in the wild. Price has been preventing me doing so until yesterday.

Sure enough, $50 a set shipped Prime, almost half of what retailers charge.
I thought, there has to be a catch; ripoffs maybe?

Nope, they arrived today (the yellow packaging no less), and as far as I can tell, are the real deal, same part no and everything. Glad I snagged two sets, curious how these will fare from my beloved Sunbeams and EB Cobalt flats.

I've been using TI's for years and have them on several basses. I bought a set on Amazon a few months ago for just over $60 - they were completely legit. Anything less than $60 is a deal indeed.

The good news is well is these should last you 10+ years.
Enjoy!

They're floppy, and odd feeling. Sound alright though.

My accordion has never sounded better. The bellows are a little bit looser with these strings, but the lower tension is absolutely worth it. With the enhanced mids, my accordion now cuts through the mix like a hot knife through butter, and with the lighter tension and a little judicious EQ I am able to pull off some of the more difficult Beer Barrel Polka riffs with ease!

I think I'm set for life. I have three sets I purchased on Amazon back in early 2019 for $36 a set. I think shipping from the UK was $8 for each set. I still have the first set I purchased on my L1000. I have TI Rounds on my L2000 and my Short Scale Stingray. I guess you could say I like TI's. I have a couple of sets of Pyramid Golds to try but hate pulling the TI's of the L1000.
