Time to move on...

Thanks everyone... time will tell how much I hang around here. This was my favorite place on the net :hmm:

You have my condolences. I lost my mother a few months ago and took some "time off" (not that I was anywhere near as active as you were).

It's sad to see old timers leave Talkbass, but then again, do they ever really leave Talkbass? I suspect we'll see you again. In the meantime....

All the best.

Be well and God Bless you and your family.

TB is a great place but we all need a change from time to time. This place is full of fun, interesting and frustrating people. If we are to thrive here we need to be a diverse group. Inclusion needs to be absolute. However, with all of the different personalities here it is at times difficult to act with restraint. It seems that a situation got the best of you at a time when personal stress was already high. It happens, don't over think it.

I have never been a moderator, but you folks are flawed just as the rest of us are flawed. I don't expect any more from you or any other moderator. You are trying to keep the yard clean and it's gotta be a tough job. You seem to have done it well as is evident by the posts in this thread from your peers.

Take some time and shed on that beautiful Bee... I'm sure we'll see you again.

Be well James...

Mark

James,

As a friend, I'm sad to see you go, but I'll be sure to make my way down to visit one of these days. I apologize for the impatience, I had no idea what was going on with you.

My condolences to you and yours. Best wishes in the future.

Stay in touch with us all somehow, whatever you do. I'm going to miss all the post reports!
I couldn't agree more!

James, your keen eye has been very helpful in keeping the Amps forum running smoothly. Please stick around as you are, IMO, an important part of the TB community. I would hate to see you go. :( BTW, sorry for your loss. I have no words to describe my sorrow for you and yours. :(
