I got it about 30 years ago from a pawn shop for $120.00 I knew this set neck bass was a quality piece as I had earned a living playing a 68 Gibson EB3 back in 68 to 71. Thanks for the like amigo.
I bought the body and hardware on Ebay, then added a fender neck, high mass fender bridge, and fender deluxe tunners. Don't know where the body was produced, but it is very light and I suspect ash. It is as light as my hofner and I only have about $300 in it. Ben doing this sort of thing for a long time and have 32 axes, 5 are bass. Thanks for asking.
