yeah, i'm definitely pleased with that trailer, although the turtles look a little strange. maybe they were going for the eastman and laird-era look.

I'm not sure how I feel either.

Too many things in my past are being remade and watered down for the movie theater. Really sucks.

I still have TNMT I and II on VHS

i dunno, i believe that they are ruining the TMNT legacy. the late 80's and early 90's are where its at.

TMNT has a legacy? i watched it growing up guess i never got that into it.

I think Eastman and Laird are involved this time - supposedly the aim is to make a film of the (dark and violent) comic book, not a film of the cartoon like the old movies were. But the trailer looks cool.

yeah, it definitely does appear to have a darker tone to it, despite the slight comic relief at the end. (i guess the 1987 cartoon's legacy--yes, legacy!--is tough to shake!)
