To adjust my bridge or not?

I installed new strings on my Ibanez SR500 but i went from a 45-65-80-100 set to a 40-60-70-95 set, so my bass needs to be setup, especially since my frets are buzzing, more specifically on the D and G string. I press down the 19th fret and measure the space between the 7th fret and the E string and the distance is about 0.2CM. Should i adjust the bridge or is there way less relief on the truss rod? If i should proceed to adjust the bridge, what should i do? I measured the space between the 19th fret and the string (without pressing on any other fret) and the distance is about 0.3CM. I do not specialize in setting up at all but i want to kinda learn so that i don't have to spend money on getting this bass set up by someone else.

There are some good instructional videos online for set-up. These generally make things look easier than they are and can sometimes be complicated by the fact that some of the information is general and may get applied differently to different models.
It’s possible to damage a bass if you don’t know what your doing so be prudent if you decide to tackle this yourself. My best quick, general advice would be this: make sure you have the correct sized tools(drivers/wrenches/keys), DO NOT try to improvise with the wrong tools. Also, be patient and work in small increments.
Good Luck!

... and an intonation/action adjustment.
That's the problem. I'm just not sure on what i should do. I'm not very sure if my truss rod is fine, i'm not sure if my bridge action is fine and i totally have no idea on how to adjust that. I am too afraid, i need to see someone successfully set up an Ibanez SR bass. I think there may be videos, i just initially made this thread, hoping it would get me some help.

You probably won’t find a video or videos specifically for an Ibanez but the guidelines in the other videos apply. Follow the same steps. If you’re confused about what does what on the bridge, post a few pictures and I’m sure someone here will be able to help.

Undoubtedly covered in the videos but you’ll need metric Allen wrenches, a Phillips screwdriver, a capo, feeler gauges and a good tuner.
