Hi all,

Just got a JO5 and am debating whether or not to drop some Chis in this baby.

What do you guys think- should I stay with the stock single coils or should I let the boys operate and Chi it up? I am a fingerstyle player, play alot of different styles, but I'm on the fence on this one- what do you Laklanders think?

Not a Laklander, however, from what I've heard from the Chi's

they sound a bit "richer" than the single coils.

If you like a lot of good clean lows in your tone, go the Chi's
If you are in need of more of that upper-end "sparkle" in your sound, singles still rule.

(Go the Chi's ;) )

Edit: I needed to read your post again...you already have the bass?...I don't believe the Chi's are "drop in"
