I have up for SALE a Gibson-made Tobias Growler 5, made in the mid 90's..if you know about these, you already know what your looking at. (sorry about the duplicate photos, I am working on trying to remove them!)
As far as I know, I am the second owner, and the bass is bone-stock. A pretty flawless cherry sunburst finish, which, I belive, is pretty rare on these. I just set it up with low action ( dual truss rods), and all electronics work as they should. There's a TON of sounds in these, and, as I said, if you're looking for one, you know what they can do.
I have found a G&L Kiloton 5 that I am looking to purchase very soon, so looking to move this one fast.
Can send more photos upon request, comes with a HSC..on to the photos . MVIMG_20180328_163724. MVIMG_20180328_163645. IMG_20180328_163702. MVIMG_20180328_163657. MVIMG_20180328_163652. I'm gonna give this another day or two, then I'm gonna keep it.
If you're thinking about it, better jump on it..
