Tonal difference between Nordstrand NPJ4 and NPJ4SV pups?

I'm looking for a set of P/J pickups, and the clips I'm finding for Nordstrand pickups are blowing me away.

But... What are the differences between the NPJ4 and the NPJ4SV?

The NPJ4's appear to be about $30 bucks cheaper for the set.

The bridge pickup on the NPJ4 set is a single coil. The NPJ4SV set has a split hum canceling bridge pickup. What this means is that the former will not be totally hum canceling with both pickups on. The latter will.
