Tone Question (BA-115)

I'm not in a band, so I just play for myself. I currently play through an Acoustic B100 1x15.

I was thinking about switching it for an Ampeg BA-115. Does the amp 115 have a brighter, punchier tone in general then the Acoustic? What would you say is the fundamental tone difference between the two?
