Was looking through YT and ran across this. It's been a while since I've seen a group of people having this much fun. I hope fun never gets outlawed.

1) Excellent! Having fun, sounding good.
2) Glad the lead singer had shorts on under her dress. Otherwise, that would have been rather embarrassing.

I'll admit I've never heard the original of this.
Watched it on youtube after watching these awesome kids.
Comparing the two, I see no reason to ever watch any version but the kids' one.
Great enthusiasm, skill and sheer joy.
I truly hope these kids never lose what they have here.

The kids are having a blast on this Head East number I've always really liked. Is this one of those School Of Rock performances? All my Gen had was SchoolHouse Rock

That was amazingly well done. Will have to look for other videos by them. Thanks for sharing that.

Now, I don't know the logistics of this event but it sure seemed like that next bunch could have given them just a minute longer to revel some applause before crowding them out.

And I wonder if all of their songs feature that much cowbell?

Yep, Head East is one of those bands that you wonder why they never quite caught on.
