I'm currently looking for a tort 'guard for my white Mustang P/J so thanks for the link. I checked it out and it turns out WD is currently out of stock on the tort varieties.

Torterized my mustang p/j today.Nice little bass.It still has the factory strings that need to be changed to flats tho.

My first SS check arrives this month. I decided a year ago to treat myself to a brand new Fender Mustang bass in Torino Red, and then let Pickguard Planet in Chico CA make a tortoise-shell cover for it. Went to internet "Images" just to see how cool I'm gonna look ... and I found yours !
