Pics above and below are of a friends shared rental house on oddly large acreage right in the city of Burien (very close to SeaTac airport. What makes it an odd placement is that it's 500' from a very busy intersection with a large grocery store and a few other shops, plus it's surrounded by multiple 4 story apartment buildings all around it ... but you'd never even know you were in a town or city once you turn into either driveway > View attachment 3353362 View attachment 3353363
Distance to store across the street from end of the drive > View attachment 3353369
Large backyard with a firepit surrounded by woods and a few trails, plus a road that circles the perimeter (near 2 acres?) that passes an out of place looking palm tree, the old pool, and eventually leads to the far side of the back of the house (or an attached out-building), where one of their friends lives in the short bus parked out back > View attachment 3353364 View attachment 3353365 View attachment 3353366 View attachment 3353367 View attachment 3353368
He mentioned they wanted to adopt an alligator to put the gross pool to some kind of use. Not sure if he was yanking my chain, but that nor a pool cleanup is gonna happen since the owners have recently decided to sell the place since the current housing market in the area will no doubt make them some serious coin.
I forget this kitties name, but he's got some nice acreage to patrol >^..^<

Sounds wonderful, and it’s a deal! I need to make it there to try Supermac, too.Minced beef, sawdust, onion, slaughterhouse floor-sweepings, herbs and spices, coated in breadcrumbs and either fried or grilled.
Somewhat similar to Scotland's haggis.
I add a dash of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavour as I feel it's needed.
I don't know if they're available outside Ireland, sadly, but if you ever get here, I'll be happy to feed you some.

Taking photography seriously and I go waaaay back before the digital age, but expressing myself properly has never been one of my stronger suits ... Any post with a fair amount of words often takes me a lot of time to rerwite and edit again before hitting Post (& I STILL mange to use improper words & sentences![]()
