I recently traced my ancestry back to Yorkshire in the 1300s. Cool to think my ancestors may have lived around that keep, or been in it, or even participated in its construction. I need to figure out how to learn more.

On a more trivial note, this guy was hanging out on my house yesterday morning.

Used to help the tech editor from Street Rodder Magazine here in California. We would go around and take pictures with his Hasselblad of hot rods and things like that, car shows as well. It was great. I eventually bought an ELM HASSELBLAD but couldn't afford anything to go with it. I sold that and bought a very inexpensive Pentax SLR (the inventor of single lens reflex) camera and got some incredible shots with that inexpensive piece of equipment! :)Anyway, got a lot of slides a long time ago. Photography! FUN!:thumbsup:

photography is fun.:thumbsup: slides 35mm where a big thing back in the day my dad a keen cameraman always had his shots developed in slides he's got 1000's of them :eek:
