Pictures like these make me glad I live in a small town.
Riga Latvia is a great place to visit, cheaper than the EU countries to the west, and gracious with their food and spirits. The Monk of meat was cooking over a wood fire preparing pig heads, sauerkraut, potatoes, brats and grey beans. €7.50 a plate. ]
I'd pass on the pig snout, had them before and found them way too gristle-y, but that sounds like a great value meal!
Riga is very high on my list of places to see, it's supposed to be a fantastic city.
