Good question! There are a lot of redwood stumps up here (in the redwoods). This is by a neighbor's cabin. The previous owner died about 10 years ago, and he (if not his predecessor) set that up (except for the flat). So the answer is either "I don't know" or "It is if you want it to be."
Here's another redwood stump that's on our morning walk. For size comparison, Otto is 115 lbs.

It's mostly a blur, but I like it. From Dec, 1st 2019. I was shopping and got a frantic phone call from home, it was really windy and hailing, they were scared.
Landing back home in Montreal, fall of 2019. You can see the Olympic Stadium with St-Lawrence Seaway just behind ( above) it. Too bad weather wasn't great, you can barely make out downtown Montreal.
